SERVICE

The return leg is transport too

An empty return trip costs as much to operate as a loaded one. So XPCG arranges not only the outbound leg but the return flow as well: collecting product returns from customers, bringing back missed deliveries, retrieving pallets and packaging and moving goods back between your sites. Returns are gathered at our depot and combined with existing routes, putting capacity that is already on the road to use.

Collect, consolidate, bring back
COLLECTION AT THE CUSTOMER
Our drivers collect returns during the regular delivery round. The customer never has to travel to a drop-off point and you never have to order a separate run. Every collection is registered, so it is clear what is on its way.

CONSOLIDATION AT THE DEPOT
Returns, pallets and packaging come together at our depot and are grouped by destination. No half-empty run leaves for a handful of shipments: a consolidated load departs when the volume justifies it.

BACK TO THE RIGHT PLACE
The consolidated return load travels on to your warehouse, your supplier or another site, combined where possible with a run already heading that way. That cuts empty kilometres and keeps the cost of the return flow under control.
