You therefore cannot derive any rights from the content. It is not a binding offer. What you read about XPCG Flow is indicative; that platform is still in development. Blog articles are not professional advice.

4. A REQUEST IS NOT YET A CONTRACT

Through this site you can submit a transport request, send us a message or apply for a job. A request is an enquiry, not a contract. A contract only comes into being when XPCG expressly confirms the assignment in writing. We may refuse a request or first ask for more information.

Call us for urgent matters. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Texts, photos, videos, design, source code, the name XPCG and our logo are protected. Those rights belong to XPCG or our licensors. You may view the site, print pages for your own non-commercial use and link to us. For everything else you need our prior written permission.

Names, brands and logos of other companies remain the property of their holders. We show them for illustration; this does not imply endorsement or partnership. If your material appears on our site without your permission, e-mail info@xpcg.be.

Our site may link to websites of others. We have no control over them and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data. Linking to our site is allowed, as long as it is not misleading or harmful.
