XPCG takes over parcel volumes from parcel carriers, web shops and logistics partners and delivers them with its own drivers to consumers and businesses alike. Receiving, sorting per route, daily planning and delivery follow one another in a single process, so every shipment has a fixed place in the daily operation. You hand over the volume, we handle the execution and keep you informed delivery by delivery.
From depot to door: three fixed steps
RECEIVING AND SORTING
Your volume arrives at our depot, where it is counted, checked and sorted per delivery route. Deviations, damage and missing shipments are identified and reported on arrival, not at the customer’s door. Every route starts with a verified load and you know in advance what goes out that day.
PLANNING AND ROUTE ASSIGNMENT
Every route is built around postcode, volume and delivery window, then assigned to a dedicated driver who knows the area. Volume peaks are absorbed with extra routes or additional capacity. The planning is fixed before departure, so you know which shipments are scheduled for delivery and when.
DELIVERY AND FEEDBACK
Our drivers deliver to consumers and businesses and register every stop digitally. Successful deliveries, absences, refusals and returns are recorded stop by stop. You receive the status of every shipment and can inform your own customers without having to ask.
