Not every shipment fits into a delivery round. For goods between Belgian cities, warehouses, stores, suppliers and distribution centres, XPCG arranges tailored road transport. Ghent to Brussels, Antwerp to Liège, supplier to distribution centre or a shuttle between two sites. You submit a request, together we determine the capacity needed, select a suitable carrier and follow the run through to delivery confirmation.
One request, three steps
REQUEST AND QUOTATION
You tell us what needs to go, from where, to where and when. We check volume, weight, dimensions and special loading requirements and determine the right vehicle. You receive a price and a realistic loading and delivery window, without having to compare carriers yourself.
SELECTION AND PLANNING
XPCG assigns the run to a carrier from a network with fixed agreements on communication, documents and quality. The route, the type of goods and past performance determine the choice. Partners are not added at random: every run follows the same operating procedure.
EXECUTION AND FOLLOW-UP
We monitor the planned loading and unloading times, follow up on deviations and step in when a run threatens to slip. Transport documents and delivery confirmation are collected centrally. You never have to chase drivers or carriers.
