A production line at a standstill, a missing part or a missed standard shipment: sometimes only speed counts. XPCG then arranges a direct run, without unnecessary stops, with a vehicle chosen to fit the shipment. You call or submit the request; per assignment we confirm the feasible pickup time and delivery window. No vague promises, but a concrete window you can plan on.
Pick up, drive, deliver
IMMEDIATE CONFIRMATION
You tell us what needs to go and when it has to be on site. We immediately check what capacity is available and confirm a pickup time and an expected delivery window. If something is not feasible, you hear it right away rather than afterwards.
DIRECT RUN
The shipment travels to its destination without intermediate stops or transhipment. No depot, no consolidation with other loads, no waiting for a next round. With no intermediate handling, transit time is essentially the driving time and the number of touches stays minimal.
FOLLOW-UP DURING THE RUN
In express work, silence is the problem. We actively monitor the run and report any delay before you have to ask. On arrival you receive the delivery confirmation, so you can update your schedule or inform your customer immediately.
