ABOUT XPCG
XPCG is a Belgian logistics partner with its own depots in Drongen, Laarne and Evergem, its own drivers and an established network of carriers. From parcel to pallet, from local routes to international transport: everything is handled through a single point of contact and coordinated centrally.
THE JOB
Every day you drive a fixed route from our depot in Drongen. In the morning you load your van, then you deliver parcels to consumers and businesses in Ghent and the surrounding area. You work independently on the road, but stay in touch with our planning team throughout the day.
WHAT YOU DO
You load your van at the depot and check your load.
You drive your route and deliver within the agreed time windows.
You scan every delivery, so the customer can track their shipment in real time.
You report problems immediately: nobody home, wrong address, a damaged parcel.
You keep your vehicle clean and report any defects.
WHAT WE ASK
Category B driving licence.
You speak enough Dutch to communicate with customers and the planning team.
You are punctual and friendly when dealing with customers.
Parcel delivery experience is a plus, not a must — we train you.
WHAT WE OFFER
A fixed route and a stable team — no constantly changing temp assignments.
Van, fuel card and scanner provided by XPCG.
